Shara Rachel Ripp, D.V.M., and Noah Stephen Philip, M.D., joyfully announce their marriage on July 4, 2008 at Glen Manor House in Portsmouth, R.I.
Rabbi Alan Turetz officiated. Erika Hoffeld was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Veronika Farago, Vivian Farago, Gabrielle Fredman and Laura Tessendorf. Benjamin Philip was best man. Groomsmen were Adam Alexander, Brian Dicks, Andrew Ripp and David Warth.
The bride is a graduate of Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and is in veterinary practice. She is the daughter of Mari and Peter Ripp, of Chappaqua, N.Y. The groom graduated McGill University and Albany Medical College, and is a resident in Adult Psychiatry at Brown University in Providence. He is the son of Drs. Beverly and James Philip of Brookline, Mass.
The couple resides in Providence, R.I., and plans a January honeymoon in New Zealand.

Jami Brownstein and Daniel Aballi are pleased to announce their marriage at the Hilton Hotel in Boston on March 8, 2008.
Lindsay Koenig, cousin of the bride, served as matron of honor. Randi Brownstein, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jody Kraft, Elyssa Goldman, Kimberly Yospe, Paige Aballi and Jessica Miller. Eric Aballi and Clement Aballi, brothers of the groom, served as best men. Groomsmen were Joshua Schneider, Jonathan Cooper, Eric Steimen, David Friedman, Michael Hughes, Scott Marcus, Phillip Tedeschi and James Saunders.
The bride is the daughter of Gregory and Anita Brownstein of Framingham. She is a graduate of University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is currently employed with Bloomingdales in New York City as a buyer.
The groom is the son of Edward Aballi and Rosie Aballi both of Natick. He is a graduate of Babson College and currently works as an Account Executive at Symantec Corporation in New York City.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii the couple returned to their residence in New York City. |

Jessica Leigh Dickerman, the daughter of Diane and Arthur Dickerman of Newton, and Matthew Joseph Greenberger, the son of Judith and Paul Greenberger of Cleveland, Ohio were married on May 24, 2008 at the Four Seasons in Boston. Rabbi Jay Pearlman officiated.
Jessica completed her MBA at Columbia Business School in May. Prior to attending Columbia she was an analyst at Harvest Management, a New York-based hedge fund. She graduated from Colgate University. Jessica is the granddaughter of Paula Lefkowitz and the late Milton Lefkowitz and the late Samuel and Esther Dickerman.
Matt is a director in the investment banking group at Citi. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Matt is the grandson of Murray Bass and the late Estelle Bass and Tema Alperin and the late Sanford Greenberger.
The couple honeymooned in Bora Bora and Australia. They now reside in Manhattan. |
